Returns & Refunds

If City Clip isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage from misuse or modification.

Email jonah@cityclip.co with your order number and the reason for your return.

We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If your City Clip arrives damaged or defective, contact us at jonah@cityclip.co within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.
