Cycling involves inherent risks, including collisions, falls, road hazards, traffic, pedestrians, equipment failures, changing weather conditions, and serious bodily injury.

City Clip does not make cycling risk-free and is not a substitute for safe riding practices.

Always maintain control of your bicycle, remain aware of your surroundings, and keep your attention on the road.

Never interact with or adjust your phone or City Clip while the bicycle is moving.

By purchasing or using City Clip, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with cycling and the use of bicycle accessories.

You are responsible for determining whether riding conditions are safe and whether City Clip and your phone are properly secured before each ride.

Before every ride:

• Confirm City Clip is fully and securely attached.
• Confirm your phone is securely retained.
• Inspect City Clip for cracks, deformation, excessive wear, loose parts, or damage.
• Confirm City Clip does not interfere with steering, braking, bicycle controls, cables, displays, or other safety features.

Do not use City Clip if it is damaged, improperly installed, unstable, excessively worn, or incompatible with the bicycle.

Stop using the product immediately if it becomes loose or damaged.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, City Clip and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and related entities are not responsible for loss of or damage to phones, phone cases, electronic devices, bicycles, personal property, data, or other equipment resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, collisions, falls, road conditions, excessive impacts, device incompatibility, product wear, or failure to follow these instructions.

No bicycle phone mount can guarantee that a device will remain attached under every possible riding condition, collision, fall, or impact.

The user is responsible for determining whether they are comfortable mounting their device while riding.

City Clip does not control the bicycle, road conditions, traffic, pedestrians, other road users, weather, bike-share equipment, or the rider's operation of the bicycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Clip is not responsible for injuries, accidents, collisions, falls, property damage, losses, or other consequences resulting from distracted riding, unsafe riding, improper installation, misuse of the product, failure to follow product instructions, violation of applicable laws or bike-share rules, or conditions outside City Clip's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Compatibility information provided by City Clip is based on bicycle models and configurations evaluated by City Clip at the time of testing.

Bike-share operators may modify, replace, repair, or update their bicycles or components without notice.

Always confirm City Clip fits securely before riding.

Do not use City Clip if it does not securely fit the bicycle or if it interferes with any bicycle control, steering component, display, cable, brake, or safety feature.

City Clip is an independent product.

City Clip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Citi Bike, Lyft, Motivate, Divvy, Bluebikes, Capital Bikeshare, BIKETOWN, BIXI, or their respective owners, operators, affiliates, or partners.

All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and bike-share system names are the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party bike-share systems are used solely for compatibility and descriptive purposes.

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms, rules, and policies of the applicable bike-share provider.

Do not cut, drill, heat, reshape, disassemble, modify, or otherwise alter City Clip.

City Clip is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from unauthorized modifications, improper installation, use with incompatible bicycles or devices, or use for purposes other than those for which the product was designed.

City Clip is a physical product subject to normal wear and tear.

Repeated installation and removal, impacts, UV exposure, heat, cold, moisture, chemicals, and other environmental conditions may affect the product over time.

Inspect City Clip before every ride.

Discontinue use if you observe cracking, deformation, excessive wear, reduced retention, loose components, or other signs of deterioration.

City Clip is designed to securely retain compatible phones when properly installed and used under appropriate riding conditions.

City Clip does not guarantee that a device will remain attached during every possible impact, collision, fall, road condition, misuse, or extraordinary event.

The user is responsible for how, when, and where City Clip is used.

Use of City Clip does not relieve the rider of responsibility to:

• Ride attentively.
• Follow applicable laws.
• Follow bike-share rules.
• Properly install and inspect the product.
• Determine whether their phone is secure.
• Stop riding before interacting with their phone.
• Determine whether road and weather conditions are appropriate for riding.

City Clip makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on cityclip.co accurate and current.

Product specifications, compatibility, pricing, availability, photographs, descriptions, and other website information may change.

City Clip reserves the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, the City Clip name, product designs, website content, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to City Clip.

Third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

City Clip may update these Terms periodically.

The latest version should always appear on this page with a clearly displayed "Last Updated" date.
